These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Supportsy website (supportsy.com.au) and the virtual assistant services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Supportsy is operated by Fiona Caie (ABN: 88 400 655 687), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
1. Our services
Supportsy provides virtual assistant and business support services to small businesses in Australia, including but not limited to:
• Admin and business operations support
• Customer service and inbox management
• Writing and communication services
• Ecommerce support
• IT and technical support
• Data and analytics support
Services are delivered remotely. The specific scope of work for each client will be agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Pricing and payment
Our current pricing is available at supportsy.com.au/pricing. By engaging our services, you agree to the applicable fees.
• Flexible (hourly) services are billed at $55/hr
• Monthly plans (Starter, Core, Complete) are billed as a flat monthly fee
• Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 14 days
• Payments are accepted via Paypal, bank transfer.
Unused hours in monthly plans do not carry over to the following month. We will notify you before your monthly hours are exhausted.
3. Cancellations and refunds
• Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle
• Hours already worked are non-refundable
• If Supportsy is unable to fulfil a pre-paid service, a pro-rata refund will be offered for unworked hours
Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
4. Your responsibilities
To help us deliver great work, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information and access required to perform the agreed services
• Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe
• Not use Supportsy services for any unlawful, unethical, or harmful purpose
• Keep any login credentials or account access we provide secure and confidential
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Supportsy website — including text, graphics, branding, and imagery — is owned by Supportsy and protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce or use this content without written permission.
Work product we create specifically for you (e.g. written content, documents) becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the nature of our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We understand that we may have access to sensitive business information in the course of providing our services. We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or where required by law.
We are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Supportsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the preceding 30 days
• We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or downtime caused by third-party platforms or tools
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Use the website in any way that may damage, disrupt, or impair its functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at any time.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service arrangement with written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or end services if a client breaches these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or fails to make payment.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
